Many local radio and TV stations are offering couponing or gift-certificate options for promotion via their website. One example is WKRC, which updates their list often. Another is 550AM (55KRC), which runs a promotion every Friday morning with a limited offer to buy discounted gift certificates, often to restarants.
You end up with a lot of advertising, as these events are typically promoted heavily on air, and can drive people to your website and restaurant.
